Put all ingredients into the bawl and mix

I like green onions and diced rice cake. It’s match with okonomiyaki very well. If you can’t eat pork, seafood like shrimp, chopped scallops, oysters, go so good. Only vegetables will be good.

Heat hotplate 170℃

Heat hotplate 170℃ and add the oil. More of oil would be good. And you can use a pan as well.

Put 1/2 dough into the hotplate

Fry 3 minutes per one side

After 3 minutes , up side down, and fry 3 minutes, too.

Ready sauce and topping

Sauce is important. Please get Okonomiyaki sauce at asian shop. Okonomiyaki sauce is sweeter than basic Japanese brown sauce. We have variety of topping but bonito flakes is necessary.
