I’ve been in OSAKA. Okonomiyaki is very popular food and can cook easy with leftover. Let’s make it in your country after traveling OSAKA!!
- 100g flour
- 100cc water
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon bonito soup stock ★
- 1/4 cabbage
- 100g sliced boneless rib pork
- Okonomiyaki sauce
- bonito flakes
Put flour and bonito soup stock into the bowl
★ bonito soup stock — maybe you can get at asian food shop. We call “Dashinomoto” “katsuodashi” in Japanese. I don’t know how it called in your country, but it’s basic when you cook Japanese like miso soup.
Cut cabbage shredded
Cut like this and shred. Japanese cabbage is soft and we can eat raw. If cabbage you have is hard not to eat raw, slice thin.
Ready boneless rib pork. We can get sliced pork. If you don’t have, slice it carefully.
Add water and egg to the bawl
Add water and egg to the bawl.
to be continued.
